Error sending mail to gmail.com

I started to get error while sending gmail.com two days ago

Error;

I investigate on technet forums find someting but problem still continue

recommened solution is;

"Add the following registry value (DWORD type) set to 0xFFFFFFFF:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip6\Parameters\DisabledComponents"

How can we solve to send mail gmail.com?
